SAR course successfully terminated in Maduruoya

In preparation of facing disaster situations, an SAR course was held at the Sri Lanka Army Special Forces Training School (SFTS) in Maduruoya from 01st to 14th July 2019. The two-week course was sponsored by the Disaster Management Center.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Army, Navy, Air Force , Coast Guard , Special Task Force , Police, Civil Security Department, Red Cross and Central Electricity Board were among the participants. One officer and 09 sailors attached to the RABS / 4RU honed their skills attending this programme.
